A small Darwin based family run chilli company. We start with seeds that we plant, and we fininsh with superhot handmade sauces.
We go to great effort to source old recipes from the 1700 and 1800's and we painstakenly replicate these old recipes using modern chilli varieties.We are humbled to replicate recipes that people who lived many generation before we did, took great care and effort to create these recipes. We therefore only make them the way they were intended. We use preserving techniques from over a 150 years ago. We one use heat and acid (from vinegar) to preserve our products.
